The ledger remembers what the market forgets: a burn mechanism is only as real as the transaction flow that feeds it.

This is not a fundamental upgrade. It is not a new virtual machine, a new validator client, or a new execution layer. This is an economic parameter adjustment being discussed at the validator level. The parsed content says validators are considering two levers simultaneously: increasing the amount of SOL permanently removed from circulation by more than 10x, and reducing the rate at which new SOL is issued.
